Duties : Reporting to the Production Director, the Mould shop Supervisor will be expected to adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach with the majority of the time spent on the shop floor leading by example. Responsible for all production personnel on the shift as well the output in production, tool changes, process optimisation and production trouble shooting.

Skills & Experience : Ideally the right candidate will be have gained a qualification within a polymer or engineering discipline is required as well as an in depth understanding of injection moulding and processing, Knowledge of automated secondary operation equipment such as assembly machines and ancillaries would be an advantage, as would experience in statistical methods of process control.

Salary : Up to £30,000 depending on experience
